These Terms govern your use of motazshieban.com and the advisory services provided through it. By booking or paying for a service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Services are structured second-opinion advisory reports and video consultations. They are informational only and do not replace local clinical care, emergency treatment, or legally binding medical prescriptions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments: More than 24 hours before — 100% refund. Between 24 and 6 hours — 50% refund. Less than 6 hours or no-show — no refund. Provider cancellation — 100% refund or reschedule.

Advisory Reports: Not started — 100% refund. Started (review in progress) — non-refundable. Delivered — non-refundable. Clinical trial services — refundable before screening begins, non-refundable after screening starts.

Liability

Provider liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where prohibited by law. The service does not create a doctor-patient relationship under Spanish healthcare law.

Governing Law

Spanish law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
